Rooms were small but lovely, although the location was a bit out of the way once public transport was worked out it was very quick, easy and cheap to get in and out of the centre of town. As the hotel was located in a residential area, there were lots of restaurant to choose from.
The overall stay was great the only thing we didn't like was the expensive wifi and the computer in the foyer ( also expensive) had Internet too slow to accomplish anything.

The place was fairly clean with a pleasant and welcoming staff. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Very good value for money contrasted with other options.

I stayed here recently and appreciated how close it was to the beautiful Piazza del Popolo and the fine Spanish Steps, made my daily city strolls so easy and enjoyable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help.

Good and magnificent location in Rome, adjacent to transport and local shops/restaurants, the main square and the metro and buses. Also, close to the Olympic stadium. Compact and large units for suitcases to be opened...

Kind, helpful staff. Cozy hotel. Delicious breakfasts.
Small room. It's far from the center.

Very nice and quiet location. The rooms are obviously recently refurbished, the staff is helpful. There are some nice restaurants close by, if you are too tired to go to the city center. Especially the Tiepolo around the corner has a nice atmosphere and is visited by the locals. It is helpful to get a reservation, otherwise you might have to wait for the table. We will definitely choose this hotel again.
The breakfast could have been richer. We stayed for four nights and it was getting a bit monotonous at the end. But still, it was a good start of the day. You could hear when someone else was using a bathroom, but nothing that would be disturbing.

It was very close to tennis courts, where the annual tournament of Rome takes place
poor poor breakfast, don't think it should be a 4* Hotel according to its facilities

Helpful staff made check-in smooth and easy.
I stayed for two nights, and the experience was frustrating from the start. The room I received was not what I expected. It felt cramped and lacked basic storage. There were additional charges at checkout that I thought were covered, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

Size of accommodation. Location - out of main area but short and cheap tram ride to city. Cleanliness.
Breakfast area needs to be bigger - had to wait one day. One member of staff on breakfast not enough - he was very busy all the time but remained polite.

Very good hotel in a very chic suburb of Rome. I spent 2 nights in this hotel for business trip. Excellent price quality ratio. The hotel has a lot of very positive points: * 2 days before my arrival, the hotel sent me an email to confirm my booking and propose a car to pick me up at the airport at a very reasonable price. I took this service which was excellent. * The hotel is located in a very nice pedestrian street inaccessible to taxis, so when I arrived a man was waiting for me at the entrance of this street to carry my luggage all the way to the hotel reception. If I can give a special mention to this man (who I think name is Pascale) who is absolutely amazingly professional. He really makes you feel like in a five stars hotel. Once my check in was done, he carried my luggage in my room and I had not even the time to put my bag on the desk that he was gone without asking for any tips or anything. Very very good service. * People at the reception were all very nice, helpful an efficient - a very good team. * The breakfast was a nice buffet, served in a cute little room. * My room was big, very cleaned and well furnished. The hotel has double rooms for single occupancy which is a real real plus as well. It's not because you travel alone that you want to sleep in a tiny bed ; * There is an extra blanket in the cupboard - good point as well as Iam always cold in hotel rooms * The hotel area is very nice and quiet and the hotel has free shuttle service to go to the city center.
I don’t have any specific bad points for this hotel, maybe just small things that could be improved and which would I have made my stay even more comfortable (I am a woman travelling alone so maybe these ideas are a bit girly): • Pillows are a bit too thin. • The TV in my room was a bit too far away from the bed and the screen is small. There is only two English speaking channels (BBC and CNN) if I am not mistaken. • On a personal note, what I really like when I have just finished a day of meetings is to relax in my room and rent a good movie. Having a special service accessible directly from the TV with which you can rent movies would really be a plus. • For a 4 stars I would have like to have in my room when I arrive free bottles of steel and sparkling water. For now there are only in the mini-bar.

Charming place with a lovely garden view, providing an authentic Italian atmosphere. Rooms are small yet beautifully decorated and clean. Staff is friendly and cute. The tram nearby is convenient for accessing main attractions. Plenty of cute restaurants around. A good breakfast selection, though it can run out quickly. Perfect for travelers seeking a unique experience!

The location was excellent and price was very resonable. The hotel was clean and good decor. For breafastthere was a good choice. The shower and bathrooms were excellent. Thank you
The only negative was that the pillows were not comfortable (very flat and hard) and there was some crazy person playing a musical instrument every morning at approx 9am! Other than that we would return to this hotel and we would recommend to friends and family.
